[#10185] Social Blaster tabs issue, pulling in entire CMS admin page

Detailed Description:
Hello  -

I have been trying to debug this issue on 1.11.10 and 1.11.11. When using the
Social Blaster module, on a clean install of CMSMS, the testing page is having
an issue. I think it is a jQuery UI issue, dealing with the tabs. On the blast
test page, each tab (Main, Facebook, Twitter, Help) pulls in a copy of the site
admin interface and never loads the actual tab content correctly.

I have only the core modules and Social Blaster and it's dependencies installed.
Hope to figure out what might be going on.
