Adds the includeprefix and excludeprefix parameters.  

The excludeprefix is used to explicitly exclude any pages, section headers, or links who's alias begins with the specified prefix.  With this parameter, if a parent's page alias matches the prefix specified, then it and all of it's children are excluded from the generated menu.

The includeprefix is used to explicitly include any pages, section headers, or links who's alias begins with the specified Prefix.  If this parameter is used, each page to be displayed must begin with the specified prefix.
