MAS_AuthHub 1.0.8 improves audit logging, fixes Forge copy-folder installs, and polishes the admin UI.

Highlights:
- Install or upgrade without CMSMSExt/MAMS blocking Module Manager. Those modules remain recommended for MAMS frontend SSO; the Compatibility tab shows installed/missing status.
- Audit log: admin changes are recorded; browse with pagination, delete entries, bulk delete, or clear all with confirmation. User column shows CMS or MAMS usernames.
- OAuth clients: redirect URI field uses a sensible height when empty.
- Donations tab: Donate button links to PayPal.Me (KimBS).

Requirements: CMS Made Simple 2.2.10+, PHP 7.4+. Optional: run composer install --no-dev in the module folder for SAML, WebAuthn, and JWT libraries.
