NOTE:  This version of FEU has undergone significant changes. There WILL PROBABLY be some compatibility problems.

This version takes advantage of smarty scopes for various displays. This prevents one smarty variable from one template/module action from overwriting data from another template/module action. However it means that smarty variables are not automatically global. And in order to make data global you must explicitly copy it to the global scope.

WARNING: The upgrade process will ensure that data integrity is enabled in the database and that there is no extra data existing in the history, grouppropmap or properties table. If you have manipulated the FEU database manually then you may be subject to data loss.
