Fixed item attribute bug in category pages. Now, you can add something like {$items[numloop].attribute} where attribute is the name of one of the Catalog Item attributes (lowercased, and only including the characters a-z0-9).

Added "/" page_attribute for feature lists, to include entire hierarchy tree.
