In order for Catalog.Image.php to work
(as reported in [#8579])  $config['root_url'] and $config['uploads_url'] 
should still be stated explicitly in config.php. 
This should be fixed in next version.
Last Note: This has been wrongly versioned as 1.11.1. It is 0.11.1
