Added the ability to specify a page (via ID or alias) to contain the changesettings, or forgot password forms.  Also added tha ability to redirect to a different page upon login or logout.

There is now admin ability to manage the forgotten password table.  though it's crude it will allow the administrator to manage any old entries in the table.

This version requires v0.11-beta5 of CMSMS
