The sub-list functionality enables a new list to be created from one or more parent lists.  The selected subscribers can be filtered on any of the standard user database attributes.

These lists are static.  New subscribers to the parents are NOT added to the sublist, the sub-list would need to be deleted and the selection redone.

As a side effect, this functionality enables a list to be easily copied and can probably be used to merge several smaller lists.
