ATTENTION: the parameters "first_sort" and "second_sort" value "hierarchy" now 
sorts by real hierarchy.

For old behavior use value "id_hierarchy" instead.

Additional parameters "assign" and "cdlocale" are documented in the wiki and in
the plug-in help.

Parameter "filter" now only checks the content of a single block. The filter block is 
specified with the parameter "block_name". Still requires modification of 
database table content_props.
