Changes in 0.2: Fixes a JS header issue affecting tiny MCE

Initial release of the extended admin theme shown on the forum here:

There are some issues with certain modules which can't be fixed via the theme files. 

Please check for patches and report any problems you find.

INSTALLING

1. Download and un-zip / un-tar.
2. Copy 'geared' folder to your 'ROOT/admin/themes/' folder
3. Login to your cms admin panel
4. Select the theme from your global settings and / or user preferences pages.

CUSTOMISATION

- CSS is split up to aid customising colours. See styles.css to change and set font sizes, images and colour scheme.
