Adds the ProcessSimpleTemplate method.<br />Adds new methods to deal with notification messages.<br />Removes almost all of the CGExtensions admin panel in favor of config entries.<br />Refactor the states, countries, and currencies stuff into json files that exist in the etc filder and are overridable via mo<br />dule_custom.<br />Moves the sortablelist and error templates into file based.  don't bother with upgrading those in the upgrader.<br />Improves PHPDOC documentation<br />
