Adds permission to manage categories.<br />On save ensure that a full name is generated.        Change default sorting order to fullname.<br />Adds the contact_score01 class (a score between 0 and 1).  Only one object of this type is allowed.<br />Adds the cgcontacts_extra config entry, and code to use it.  Now only email,phone,address,url, and creator fields are standard.<br />
