Language strings added in the english version and commited into the translationcenter.<br />Mailnotification fixed.<br />Also the Links in the mailnotification work again<br><br />some small bug fixes with some help strings<br />and cleaned up stricted error messages <br><br />thanks to rolf for testing and reporting bugs
