- Removed all references to HierarchyManager and replaced with ContentOperations objects<br />- Set preferences on install<br />- Removed preferences on uninstall<br />- Generates meta info for keywords, suggested keywords, descriptions, etc<br />- Generates sitemap.xml and robots.txt files<br />- Ensures ALL pages are registered in the SEOTools2 database table, not just those that have been physically edited in the module admin area.
