Bugfixes:

• fixed error with thumbnail aspectratio after image has been selected

• fileoperations can now be disabled to non-admin users in general (regardless of their permissions)

• better thumbnail handling (thumbs are stored in /tmp/cache/GBFilePickerThumbs/)

• added param force_scaling

• params upload, delete, create_dirs, show_subdirs can now also set to false to deny functions even to users with sufiecient permission (except the admins)
