Moving field group moves all child definitions
Detailed Description:
I'm using this module quite extensively, with dozens of field definitions in
about 20 groups. When adding a new field definition, dragging it all the way to
the top (to a group) is a real pain. It would be great if field groups were
treated as a parent/child relationship so that I could drag fields into a group,
but then dragging the group would move all of the child definitions as well.

I think the best way to achieve this would be to add categories. Then allow
categories to also be re-ordered. However, you may then need the ability to drag
and drop field definitions into categories to make it easy to continue to
rearrange these items as required.

One other option would be to add buttons when hovering over any field for "Move
to top" and "Move to bottom". This would at least make the task quicker.

Batch operations (move to top/bottom/group, delete) on field definitions will be
added to upcoming module version 3.5
