Ability to duplicate global content blocks from the admin interface
Detailed Description:
GCBs can be really useful for chunks of html, it would be extremely useful if
they could be duplicated from the admin interface just like pages.  It would
improve consistency and save having get people to select all of it, copy it and
then paste the content into a new block.

I agree, and I think pretty much every "list" of items in admin should have this
functionality -- pages, GCBs, UDTs etc.

In CMSMS 2.0 a 'GCB' is just a 'template'.  There is the ability to copy
templates in DesignManager in 2.0.
