Detailed Description:
Currently when you press enter while wysiwyg mode is active the editor uses <br
/><br />. However IE renders that completely differently from other browsers and
typically only renders one <br /> instead of both.

Could it be changed so that paragraphs are wrapped around with <p></p> please.

TinyMCE 3.0-alpha1 is out with TinyMCE 4 - please test again but I think TinyMCE
correct that stuff
