Detailed Description:
Please include more information in the helpfile:

- where to define TinyMCE-Options
- what can be defined where and how
- group permissions and advanced or simple profile

The TinyMCE-Wiki at the moxiecode-webside does not reflect the configuration of
the editor in CMSM so we need some more info

TinyMCE 3.0-alpha1 is out and everything has been rewritten - we tried to put as
much documentation as possible, but feel free to test it and ask for
improvements :)
