Further Breakdown of "Modify News" Permissions
Detailed Description:
I would like the user to be able to create new articles without seeing the
"Category" or "Field Definitions" tabs. So maybe a new property in addition to
"Approve News For Front end Display" and "Delete News Articles" which are great;
add a new one that says "Create News Articles".

My problem stems from the fact that a user without "Delete News Articles"
privileges but with "Modify News" privileges can delete "Categories" and "Field
Definitions" and rearrange them - I'd like to hide them completely, but at the
very least restrict deletion/rearrangement . . .

Fixed for CMSMS 1.11, access to the custom fields and categories tabs is
controlled by the 'Modify Site Preferences' permission.
