Manually "Confirm" subscribers
Detailed Description:
Some users may have issues with the subscription/enrollment process and contact
us through other methods.

Instead of having to manually create an account for that person it would reduce
the efforts to be able to manually change their "confirmed" status from "no" to
"yes".
