Summary:
Allow for HTML emails on Confirmation/Subscription/Update emails
Detailed Description:
Instead of a Generic text based email that  confirms subscribers of their
subscription the ability to allow for HTML emails would make for a more
professional layout. Not a necessity just a "nice-ity" thing.
