Insert Image / File in "custom fields" like the way CTL-modulemaker does.

I've checked the last version of CTL-module maker and was supprised that the
behavior of
"add image" and "add file" is far beyond what's in the core of News (1.5.3).  It
resolves at once all my Nice to have's in the News Module.

I'd like to see the code (functions "addfile" and "addimage"  from this module
embedded in News.

What's the advantage?

A) You can choose an image from the library
B) You can choose the thumbnail width and height
C) Important!: You can upload an image and choose what's the maximum height and
width when the image is landing on the server. Ideal for customers who don't
get the knowledge of resizing before uploading images.
D) The image and file's are smoothly integrated with the core imagemanager and
filemanager. It works perfect.

Create a dummy project and select the add file and add image once as fields and
you know what i mean.
