Add a new option in Administration Panel: "Enable SSL Admin Session"
Detailed Description:
It would be nice a new option in Administration Panel of CMSMS to enable SSL
connection while using admin area of CMSMS.

Many tricks and workarounds are are already done to achieve this, and I hope
this feature can be added in the core.

It would be a great security improvement for our systems and a good point for
this great CMS.

Fixed in 1.11.x ... new config entry 'admin_url'.
