[#1393] Mail log per job

Mail log per job
Detailed Description:
It would help a lot if there were a log I could view for each job so that I knew
which messages were sent to whom, which failed, and so forth. For example, on
the Job tab, the Status column should be a link to this log rather than things
like "ERROR" (when a message fails).

Bounce processing is in 1.1, would this help?

A bounce is if the receiver server refuses it (if I understand correct) 
- but the biggest problem is when the error is before that. Like an invalid char
in email address or similar - then you may see an error in sending window - but
it disappears and you don't find the error after the job is done.
So an event that send a message to admin log with the error or even a separate
log in NMS admin would be really helpful.

NMS now has error tracking and filtering on emails, and a completion message 
indicating number of messages sent etc.
