Patch and insert, for frontend, a possibility of distinct resp_id
Detailed Description:
A few bug in current SVN and (important for me) a introdution for distinct
values of resp_id.
In FormBrowser there is a feature request (with code) for add a simple search in
value of field form (now Text and TextArea only)
