Yes, frontendusers can collect email addresses for registered users, and can
also ask questions as to which (if any) newsletters they want to join, and has a
settings page for users to edit their choices.

This module would work well if the email subscription stuff that is in there was
optional, and it used the frontendusers module for it's user list.

I am also planning on adding interfaces into the admin panel of feusers such
that you can:
  a) create a list from selected users
  b) create a list from users who are in the middle of changing passwords
  c) create a list of all users in a group

Yes, at minimum provide an "Import from FEU" options (by group or other
criteria).

I've implemented an Import from FEU option on the Users tab.
The current SVN version adds this feature. It works for me
in my test environment but I would appreciate any feedback.
