I have open a bug report because of this special characters. I agree with this

The field name IS the Label. Does this not accept accented characters? There
currently is no Title attribute which, I agree, should be added.

The Alias is the programmatic name for the field.

However what I would really like to see is a description field for each field
(preferably located under the label or just above the field) which can be used
for providing additional information.

e.g. Providing the format for a telephone number, date or price.
