[#9265] Adding new items and creating tabs causes fatal error

Summary:
Adding new items and creating tabs causes fatal error
Detailed Description:
Debug code is inserted in the edit.tpl file causing admin add new item to crash.
Same error as previously reported for v3.4.6.

Debug errors also appear when adding a new tab.

Temporary fix was to turn off Display Errors in PHP. Problem remains but is now
hidden from view.

This bug has been fixed on GIT and will be published in next version (3.4.18 or
higher)
