Summary:
When in the feedback admin section navigation is broken
Detailed Description:
When I click on Feedback-Modul the main navigation does not work, anymore, i.e.
it's no more possible to navigate to another parent menu.

This is caused by a JavaScript error in admin_comments_tab.tpl at line 133.
I don't know the correct error message in english, but means attribut cluetip
not supported on the object.
