Summary:
Gallery - Add subgalleries, not-selected; allows creation of sub-galleries
Detailed Description:
With the use of permission, Use Gallery, so NOT the other two permissions, the
tick to create a sub-gallery is active. I would expect this tick to be only
active/available with the 'Gallery - Add subgalleries' active.

Did you set the checkbox "Require userpermissions to edit subgalleries" in the
options tab?
