Installation breaks admin panel
Detailed Description:
I got a javascript error in console regarding this line :

    $("a.tooltip").cluetip({local:true, cursor: 'pointer'});

...in file templates/admin_comments_tabs.tpl
...with the consequence that it blocks the navigation over the tabs of the admin
panel.
