[#8114] Tables are not HTML5 friendly as default

Tables are not HTML5 friendly as default
Detailed Description:
When tables are created using the table toolbar button they have 0 for the width
set as default.  HTML5 does not like 0, needs either a blank string or a 1. 
It's easy enough to control table border with CSS, I don't see why the border
attribute should be set at all as default.

TinyMCE version 3.x is released, the module is a complete rewrite of all code.

Because of this, bug reports related to the old version are not relevant anymore
and will be closed. Please use the latest and finest release at your CMSMS 2.x
website and test again. If you feel like your issue still isn't fixed create a
new report. Thanks.
