[#7519] Mistake in field name creation

Summary:
Mistake in field name creation
Detailed Description:
After adding field containing diacritic char in title for example "Titulní
strana" name of this field was "titulní_strana" (with diacritic char).

This cause error during instaling of the published module. Error is not visible
in administration of CMS but main module table "cms_module<module_name>" is not
created because wront column name.
