countries WAY out of date - causing a few problems with Serbian customers
Detailed Description:
CountryPickerField.class.php maintains a list of countries which doesn't bear
any relation to the list published by ISO at
http://www.iso.org/iso/list-en1-semic-3.txt

It is fairly easy to update (judging by the code) but I don't have access so
someone needs to do it :)

This is more like feature request, This is not definetly Major issue.

After looking into this, it's actually a bit more complicated to completely
update the Country Picker list to match the ISO list than just a simple text
replacement.  Any changes to the Country Picker Field countries may affect
previously submitted results that have been stored.  I am still looking into
exactly how those changes would affect this.

However, I could simply add Serbia to address your specific problem for now.

Awaiting a response from the bug submitter.  If there is no response by the time
the next version (probably 0.7.3) is getting ready for release, I will probably
just add Serbia to the Country Picker Field and we'll worry about making changes
that affect compatibility later.

Serbia is added to the country list.

If you're curious, the full country list originally suggested by the bug
reporter is "ISO 3166-1 alpha-2".
