Summary:
Invalid XHTML. fieldset tag is closed wrong
Detailed Description:
For example, using "Table Template, Title on top." fieldset tag is improperly
closed.

Use a XHTML Validator to see whats wrong.

Sideeffects:
* Lower SEO rating.
* May not work correctly in all browsers.

I just used this template on the three sample forms included with FormBuilder
0.7.  They all validated under XHTML 1.0 Transitional just fine.  They did not
validate under XHTML 1.0 Strict, but due to other reasons than an improperly
closed fieldset tag.

Do you have a sample form file that you could email to me?
