[#5337] ContentEditPost event fires too early upon creation of a new page

Summary:
ContentEditPost event fires too early upon creation of a new page
Detailed Description:
The "ContentEditPost" event seems to fire before the new page is included into
the hierarchy manager. When you do

HierarchyManager::getNodeById();

on the newly added page's ID within a handler for this event, a non-object is
returned, making it impossible to, for example, retrieve the URL of the newly
added page.

Yep, I see the issue... wether it's a bug or not is up for debate.
