Summary:
Errors in the address data of recipients should be checked before sending
Detailed Description:
Should be checked for errors in the address data to recipients before trying to
use it.  Like running a quick local pre-check of the recipients before executing
the real sending. Like testing for invalid characters, wrong TLD, capital
letters, etc.
That - or having a gui for failed addresses and other errors after sending, so
you can correct the data and resend to just these...

NMS calls the is_email function in the CMSMS core before sending.
