just found this... on Frontend Blog Submit Options Status it willnot hold the
published setting...

all mods are latest greatest.

that 

$this->SetPreference('fesubmit_status',$params['fesubmit_status']);

is missing from the 

action.updateoptions.php

I am using CGBlog 1.3.1 and this bug is still there.

CGBlog options for front Front End Users STATUS will not modify to published.
