Summary:
Order information is not being emailed
Detailed Description:
When you have completed an order the information is not being sent.  The buyer
receives a blank email with no order information.  The admin user also receives
a blank email.

This is due to the fact that in file named "action.gateway_complete.php" there
is a query that is calling fields that were a part of the old table structure.
