[#11924] After adding a new FEU group, users of this new group can view protected contents reserved for others groups

Summary:
After adding a new FEU group, users of this new group can view protected contents reserved for others groups
Detailed Description:
After adding a new FEU group, users of this new group can view all pages of the
website, including restricted access pages (Protected Content) reserved for
other groups.

Temporarily work around is to open each page of type "Protected Content" in the
backoffice and click on the "Submit" button to take again into consideration
groups selected in the "Viewers" tab.
But for websites that contain more than a hundred pages it's a crazy job.

Thank you for looking and fix this problem.

I created a protected page.
marked it so that only members of one group could view that page.

I then created another group
I then created a new user who was only in that group
I then logged in (Frontend) as that user.   I could not see or access the
restricted page.
