Summary:
Duplicating page shows content type but doesn't allow changing it
Detailed Description:
When duplicating a page, the "Content Type" dropdown is presented, but if you
change it, the page just reloads with it set back to the original type.

Workaround: submit, then re-open and change type.

If changing the type isn't realistic here, then perhaps make that a readonly
text field, or disable the options other than what's selected.
