Summary:
Filepicker doesnt remember last used folder
Detailed Description:
After opening the responsive file manager and browsing through folders the value
in the last_position cookie is updated and stored. So far so good.
But when opening the file manager again, the value of the cookie is *not* used
and instead the uploads folder is shown.
In need of adding multiple images to a page or article for example, the admin
has to look up the correct folder again...

Should be fixed in the next version (with an upgraded file manager)
