Dear Calguy,
sorry I can't figure out how to circumvent this problem 

I have found a wrong behaviour in the backend:

At least In the template forms 
• 'Validation' -> 'Validate via Smarty Template' and 
• 'Handlers'  -> 'Save form results to a flat File'

any quotes and double quotes (in and outside smarty-tags) are converted to html
entities (&#39: and ", respectively) on form submission (and before saving).
I've also used different browsers.

Could you please give a hint, how to fix this ...
