Fatal error when submitting the form
Detailed Description:
Hi,

I've setup a form, but when trying to submit it the page it loads appears to be
broken and I get this error in the logs:

[22-Feb-2018 11:18:42 UTC] PHP Catchable fatal error:  Argument 1 passed to
CGBetterForms::{closure}() must be an instance of CGBetterForms\FormResponse,
null given in
/home/XXX/public_html/modules/CGBetterForms/CGBetterForms.module.php on line 64
