Summary:
Uninstall FEU keeps FEU Backend Group Permissions
Detailed Description:
When you uninstall the FEY module you'll get this message:

"Module FrontEndUsers successfully uninstalled. Templates and data associated
with this module has been deleted"

but when navigating, after the FEY uninstall and having removed the module
afterwards, to Backend Group Permissions you still see:

FRONTENDUSERS
   Add Front-End User Groups				
   Add Front-End Users				
   Modify Front-End User Group Assignments				
   Remove Front-End User Groups				
   Remove Front-End Users

Permissions were rationalized some time ago.   Permission names were changed.  
In the case of an upgrade situation from an old version, these old permissions
may hang around after an uninstall. they are harmless.
