Summary:
MicroTiny and TinyMCE do not load CSS properly in the HTTPS backend
Detailed Description:
This has been a huge problem since CMSMS 2.0, but no one has addressed it.
If backend is loaded over HTTPS, MicroTiny and TinyMCE do not work properly
while editing content.
During the configuration of TinyMCE module, the CSS is displayed properly and
text is formatted as it should be, but editing a content page only loads default
font, but no further classes. Also, TinyMCE menu shows custom style classes as
unformatted while editing content (but it works fine on TinyMCE configuration
page).
This makes CMSMS pretty much unusable for quick edits.
