[#11542] Template Prototypes for MenuManager are not removed after module deinstallation

Summary:
Template Prototypes for MenuManager are not removed after module deinstallation
Detailed Description:
I don't use the MenuManager module anymore since the Navigator module is
implemented.

By deinstalling the MenuManager I found all templates are deinstalled but the
Template Prototypes are not cleared out.

A small patch to MenuManager method.uninstall.php might do the trick but won't
solve the uninstall prototype when MenuManager is deprecated.


I have reported this bug under CMS Made Simple Core so it won't be missed in a
future CMSMS installer.

Just tested.
All templates, and template types associated with MenuManager were removed.
