[#11537] Site Admin -> Admin -> [filter] not sticky when using the pager.

Summary:
Site Admin -> Admin -> [filter] not sticky when using the pager.
Detailed Description:
When you apply a filter to the Admin log and the log files are spread over
multiple pages. The filter is gone if you browse to the second page.

Solution:

Please make filter settings sticky.

In version 2.3 a new module will replace the adminlog functionality

I fixed the two lines that were breaking and the fix will be available in 2.2.4
when it comes out.
