Summary:
WYSIVYG editor converts some characters to entities
Detailed Description:
Some, but not all, UTF8 characters encode WYSIVYG editor (MicroTiny) into
entities.
This causes problems with automatic text processing, such as searching for
strings in $content. Some strings are searched correctly, others are not.

I found some characters that are changed by the WYSIVYG editor to entities:
- š - š
- ý - ý
- á - á
- í - í
- é - é
- ú - ú
- ó - ó
and so similar capitals...

This is an artifact of tinymce and there is nothing more we can do about it.
